drs. Stijn de Blaaij

Stijn studied Public Administration at the University of Amsterdam. After graduation, he worked as a housing advisor at DTZ Zadelhoff’s Corporate Services department for six years. In 2010 he completed the Project Management program (PRINCE2), and in 2012 he became part of Spring Real Estate’s team.

In 2014, Stijn joined Spring Real Estate as a partner.

Stijn specialises in providing strategic advice to real estate end-users. He is an investment advisor and involved in multiple investment transactions.

Besides, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the real estate company, consisting of nine different business units spread over three offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague).
