Lennard Haanstra MSc

Lennard studied Accounting & Control at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and started his career at EY. In 2014, he joined CBRE, where he worked for over ten years as a Director, contributing to the development of a new business unit within Fund Accounting. He then served as Head of Finance at Elfi, a scale-up focused on real estate development and property management.

At Spring Real Estate, Lennard is Partner responsible for Property Accounting. He focuses on further professionalizing and scaling this service, with an emphasis on efficient processes, transparent reporting, and actionable insights for clients. In addition, he is building a compact and specialized team that supports owners and tenants with smart solutions and reliable financial information.
